Input LasX isolated tiff files, search for region/positions, stages and create hyperstack for each one, (xyzct). Save as tiff. Run as a macro file. An user input interface is prompted to define input and output folder locations and all the parameters: Type of acquisition (Tilescan, multiposition) Number of regions Number of stages Number of timepoints Time frame Number of slices Number of channels Files are organized in hyperstacks and saved as tiffs
