Search Engine for BioImage Analysis (SE4BIA) is a searchable index of image analysis tools.
SE4BIA contains a manually curated public domain repository of image analysis components, workflows, and collections. Image data sets are also available for testing purposes and algorithm validation.
SE4BIA was developed within PPBI (Portuguese Platform of BioImaging), a common functional platform dedicated to promoting the technical integration and centralized management of shared resources in bioimaging.
