LIF to TIFF

This macro will open Lif files from a specified folder and save every series inside the Lif as a separate tiff stack file.

Detailed explanation

Read Lif file from input folder and save each series (position) as tiff file in the output folder (Batch mode). Open LifToTiff.ijm as a mcro function im ImageJ/Fiji and Run Input: the path folder containing the .lif files Output: a collection of tiff file, corresponding each file to a lif series (filename_serie{s].tif)
