FretRatiometric

FRETRatiometric is composed by three macros: FRET_ratiometrics_v0x.x, the main macro for FRET analysis; NormalizeHistogramForPrinting, for normalizing the resulting images for printing proposes and Create_HSB_Image, to create an HSB image with the FRET output. It allows calculating FRET ratiometric between donor and Acceptor channels along time or on a specific time-point.

FRETRatiometric is composed by three macros: FRET_ratiometrics_v0x.x, the main macro for FRET analysis; NormalizeHistogramForPrinting, for normalizing the resulting images for printing proposes and Create_HSB_Image, to create an HSB image with the FRET output. The main FRET macro has a GUI to define input, output and some parameters. It reads all Tiff files from the input folder (nFxnCxnT); correct illumination; subtract background from a noisy image; segment structure/cell and divide FRET/Donnor. Save output results with FRET mean grey values along time for each position and output image with royal LUT.
