Creates "sholl analysis" concentric shell with a specific number/width of bands from a starting Roi.
After defining a first Roi (e.g. cell contour) a User interface is prompted to introduce the number of bands and the bandwidth.
The output is a collection of rings defined from the centre of the first ROI plus the 4 quadrants.
